Private Charter Global is operated by the company behind Aviation Privee, a French private-aviation charter service, and serves clients worldwide. We are a charter and aircraft-sales broker: we do not operate aircraft ourselves. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, who sees it and what rights you have.
Quote and dossier requests. When you ask for a charter quote, a listing dossier or a buyer mandate we collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the trip or aircraft you are asking about, anything you write in the message field, the time you gave consent and the version of the consent text you saw. We use this to answer your request, to source and price the aircraft with operators, and to keep a record of the enquiry.
Technical data. When a request is submitted we also record your IP address and browser identifier. We use these only to detect duplicate or automated submissions and to protect the site.
How you arrived. Your browser keeps, in local storage under the key lh_attr, the referring site, the first page you landed on and any campaign tags in that address. If you send a request, this is attached to it so we know which channel brought you. It contains no personal identifiers.
Your comparison selection. The aircraft or listings you add to the compare tool are kept in local storage under pcg:compare so the selection follows you across pages, and are mirrored in the page address so a link you share opens the same comparison. This is not sent to us unless you submit a request from the compare page, in which case the models and route are included in it.
Usage of the comparison tools. We record which comparison actions are used (aircraft added or removed, table opened, mode switched, quote button pressed) together with the aircraft involved and the page. These records do not identify you. We use them to improve the tools.
Audience measurement (with your consent only). If you accept the cookie banner, we load an analytics tool provided by uhnwi.ai (our own group platform) that records page views, clicks, scrolling and form interactions, including session replays with all typed input masked, and we send anonymous funnel events (page seen, form started, form sent — never your name, e-mail or phone) to the same platform. A random visitor identifier is kept in a first-party cookie (xp_vid, 12 months) so that repeat visits and A/B test variants stay consistent. Your choice is stored under pcg-consent and conv_consent and can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you decline, none of this is loaded. We do not use advertising pixels.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Requests are stored on our own systems, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to the charter desk. We keep a request for as long as it takes to handle it and for the period our legal and accounting obligations require, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier (see below).
Because we are established in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation applies to everything above wherever you are. You may ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form; and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with its own privacy law (for example a U.S. state), you have at least the rights that law grants. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority; in France that is the CNIL.

The two items described above (pcg:compare and lh_attr) are the only things this site writes to your browser. Clearing your browser's site data removes both.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the consent text on our forms carries a version so we can tell which wording you agreed to.
