Private Charter Global is a broker. We arrange private jet charter with independent aircraft operators and act as an intermediary in the sale and purchase of aircraft. We do not own or operate aircraft. On every charter flight the operator holds the air operator certificate, carries the insurance and is responsible for the flight; the contract of carriage is between you and that operator, and its conditions apply to the flight. On a purchase, the sale contract is between buyer and seller.
Every charter price on this site is an indication. Hourly rates are published by aircraft category, not by model, from the dated source shown next to them, and route cost guides multiply that band by an estimated flight time. A firm price is only the written quote our desk sends for your specific itinerary, aircraft and dates, and it is valid for the period stated in the quote. Currency conversions use the European Central Bank reference rate on the date shown.
Prices on aircraft listings are the seller's stated guidance on the date shown, never our valuation. Availability and price of a listed aircraft are confirmed with the seller at the time of your enquiry.
Specifications are taken from the manufacturers' published data and other sources named on each page, with the date they were retrieved. Range, runway and flight-time figures are published maxima or estimates under stated conditions; the actual performance of a given flight is determined by the operator's flight planning. The charter-or-own calculator performs arithmetic on figures you enter and provides no advice, valuation or forecast. None of the comparison tools is a substitute for professional advice on purchasing or operating an aircraft.
You agree to give accurate information in any request, to use the site for genuine enquiries only, and not to scrape, copy or republish its data or content without our written permission. Aircraft photographs are credited to their sources on the page and remain the property of those sources.
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and dated, but we provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative figures, comparison results or listing information, or from the acts of operators, sellers or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
